FAMILY PAWS CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays and changes to your circumstances can occur. We will always do our best to accommodate any changes to your session times that you need to make and will do our very best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient to you. However missed appointments, late arrivals or appointments cancelled in less than 72 hours of your allotted time will incur a fee as stated in our Cancellation Policy below.

 

Our Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of your session date and time will receive a 100% refund.
  • Any cancellation made less than 72 hours in advance of your session will result in a cancellation fee as follows:
    • If cancelled in less than 72 hours in advance of your session, the amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
    • If cancelled in less than 48 hours in advance of your session, the amount of the fee will be equal to 75% of the reserved services.
    • If cancelled in less than 24 hours in advance of your session, the amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. This is at the discretion of Family Paws.
