I had a 1-to-1 online session with Emily a few days before collecting my puppy. This was so useful as it made me feel much more confident when bringing her home. We discussed collecting from breeder, the journey, welcoming her home, settling her in, how to structure her first few days, toileting, feeding, her bed and the best toys and treats. Emily explained everything really clearly and gave me some great advice on settling our puppy at bedtime and what to do for the first few nights. We also talked about how to help your children welcome the puppy in a fun but safe way and how they can be involved in training. I am now on week 3 of Emily’s online puppy training course. It is a great course, broken down into several short activities each session which you then practice during the week. Emily talks you through everything clearly and calmly and can answer any worries or questions. I feel in very safe hands and my confidence is growing each week.
